Work hours wil be 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with the possibility of occasional work on Saturday between 9am and 6pm.

The construction project encompasses various maintenance tasks such as repairing the roadway surface, asphalt milling and paving. Asphalt milling involves removing the top layer of the existing asphalt to correct any surface irregularities and prepare ti for the new layer of asphalt, while paving will lay down a fresh, smooth layer of asphalt. Below, you wil find a map outlining the work site for reference.

There will be traffic control personnel in place to direct traffic throughout the day. A24-hour notice will be provided before driveway work begins. Expect some delays but know that we aim to conduct this work as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible with minimal disruptions. Your patience and adherence to the directions provided by the traffic control personnel are greatly appreciated for everyone’s safety.

Watering Reminder

It’s been an unusually dry spring and our landscapers have noticed more drought vegetations that are not usually seen until August. The Strata Council requests your assistance in ensuring that you water the plants and shrubs within your yards and in common areas of the property adjacent to your unit (especially where there isn’t sprinkler coverage).

By doing so, you’ll be helping to ensure the plants continue to live and thrive over the summer months, keeping the property looking great, and ensuring that we don’t needlessly have to spend our Strata budget on replacement of plants and shrubs.

If you will be away over the coming months, please ask a neighbor to take care of the watering for you. Lastly, please follow Metro Vancouver watering regulations which you can find here:
http://www.metrovancouver.org/services/water/water-conservation/lawn-sprinkling/

Gutter Cleaning

Please be advised that Zimco Property Services will be on-site to complete cleaning of all gutters and blowing of roofs from Tuesday, January 10 to Tuesday, January 17, 2023 (6 business days).

The crew will be working from 8:30 pm to 4:30 pm every day.

Please be cautious around crew and equipment.

Winter Reminders

  • Please turn off the water supply to outside taps and drain all water to avoid frost and possible damage to the piping and your unit. If you fail to perform the above the strata corporation may assess all associated damage to your strata lot account.
  • Bird feeders can go up on the 1st of December until end of February. (Bylaw 5.13)
  • Christmas lights and decorations are permitted from November 15 through January 15 (Bylaw 46.10)
